How much does a tattoo costs?

You will be given a quotation for the price of the tattoo depending on how long the tattoo will take if it is a custom design tattoo.

Ready-to-go Flash tattoos from the portfolio have fixed prices but can vary depending on the size and placement on the body.

How do I prepare before an appointment?

Tattooing can take a toll on your body (no matter how “tough” you are). Getting a good nights sleep and eating well before your appointment is important. Sugary snacks and drinks are recommended during long sessions to keep blood sugar levels up.

Moisturize the skin, especially the designated tattoo area few days prior to the tattoo appointment for best tattooing results.

Please wear appropriate and comfortable clothing that will not obstruct our tattooist during the tattoo procedure. Dark colour clothing is recommended as ink may leave stains.

If you suffer from diabetes, heart condition, fainting, seizures, have any skin or blood borne diseases or other medical conditions or health concerns, you must let us know in advance – as you may require GP permissions before any tattooing procedure.

A consent form will be filled out before the tattooing session
You can view the consent form *here* (link).

Do you tattoo over scars?

How well the ink settles depends on the depth of the scar, most are easy to tattoo over. Should you have any concerns, you can attach photos of your scar to the booking form. Additionally, you can email or book an in-person consultation with our tattooists.

Is numbing cream provided?

Numbing cream is usually not advised, unless the tattoo is on a specifically sensitive or tender part of the body, each tattooist will give their own personal opinion whether it is suitable to use or not.

Please do not attempt to use any over-the-counter numbing creams that is not advised by our tattooist, as they may not be suitable and numbing duration may not last long.

We can provide a specialized numbing cream at the studio for an extra cost of £20. Please allow 90-120 minutes for the numbing cream to take effect.

Are Tattoo Inks vegan-friendly?

Many good quality tattoo inks are now vegan-friendly, although some ink brands may still contain ingredients that are animal derived. Glycerine derived from animal fats is often used as a stabilizer. Gelatin and bone char can be found in black inks to provide an increased pigment. Feel free to ask which brands of Tattoo Inks we use at the studio.
